This was my second to last portrait done this summer in Loveland. I really enjoyed drawing these kids because they are so cute! I was so happy I had the chance to meet them when I dropped off the portrait. What I loved most was drawing the eyes and the clothing, even though the clothing was the hardest to draw. All in all, I'm glad this was one of the last portraits of the summer.

I know I haven't done a post in over a month. I have a week left until I go to college!!!

I have done portraits from life before, however this is the first and only one from this summer. I did the portrait in just around an hour because I really enjoyed talking to the model which means I took breaks here and there to chat. The model was very patient and kind and also an enthusiastic artist herself! It was fun drawing her portrait.
